Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers our paid dMAT mock tests bought on this website. It explains what you are buying, the price, and when a refund applies. We keep it plain and honest, no fine print designed to trap you.

What you are buying

The dMAT mock tests are digital products. Each plan unlocks a set of full-length practice papers with worked solutions:

• Starter — 5 full mock papers, ₹899
• Complete — 10 full mock papers, ₹1,699

Both plans give 180 days of access from the date of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes. Payment is handled securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Cancellation

These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing auto-renews. Your access simply ends when the 180-day window expires. You will never be charged again unless you choose to buy another plan yourself.

Refunds

Because the mock tests are digital and you get access to the questions and worked solutions immediately, all sales are final once your plan is unlocked. Please use the free sample test first to decide if it is right for you before you buy.

We will, however, refund you in full if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error by the payment gateway;
• your payment succeeded but your plan was never unlocked and we cannot fix the access for you.

How to request a refund

Email support@siegcounselling.com from the email you used to sign in, with your payment reference. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay, and usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days.

Honest note

The mock tests are original practice questions built to the official g.a.s.t. dMAT format. They are not real exam papers, and no score you get here predicts your real dMAT result or any admission outcome. We say this plainly because the trust matters more than the sale.
